【摘要】目的 對使用脈搏波RBP-6100和水銀柱式血壓計的測量數(shù)據(jù)進行對比研究,總結(jié)使用脈搏波RBP-6100電子血壓計的準確性。 方法 選取2012年10月-2012年11月到我院心內(nèi)科就診的患者共90人作為研究對象。首先通過把脈的方式測量受試者的脈搏數(shù)量,然后進行血壓的測量,將兩種血壓計同時作用于受試者相同的手臂上,有兩位試驗人員分別使用一種器材對患者的血壓進行測試,在30分鐘之內(nèi)采用這種方法對患者的血壓進行兩種儀器分別3次的測量。因此每一位患者記錄一個脈搏數(shù)值和三個血壓數(shù)值并進行相互比較。 結(jié)果 試驗者同時聽診得到的數(shù)據(jù)之間的誤差100%在±5mmHg之內(nèi),試驗者之間的一致性程度比較高,符合評價標準的要求。RBP-6100電子血壓計與水銀柱式的數(shù)據(jù)收縮壓的平均差在-0.2mmHg(-0.027kPa),標準偏差是2.0mmHg(0.266kPa),舒張壓數(shù)據(jù)的平均差為-0.5mmHg(-0.067kPa),標準偏差是2.3mmHg(0.306kPa)。 RBP-6100電子血壓計與水銀柱式的收縮壓和舒張壓散點圖分布較均勻,其二者的差均均在±5mmHg之內(nèi)。RBP-6100電子血壓計與水銀柱式所測得的脈搏誤差在±5%之內(nèi)。整個臨床檢測過程中沒有發(fā)生不良的臨床事件,具有較高的安全性。 結(jié)論 RBP-6100電子血壓計能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)自動加壓和排氣的過程,操作簡便,方便醫(yī)護人員查房和門診使用,其測量值不受操作者和周圍認為環(huán)境的影響,具有較高的穩(wěn)定性和準確性,適合臨床使用。

6100 pulse wave electronic sphygmomanometer and mercury sphygmomanometer measuring numerical comparison
[Abstract] objective to the use of the pulse wave RBP-6100 and mercury column blood pressure gauge measurement data for comparative study, summarized using pulse wave RBP-6100 electronic blood pressure meter accuracy. Methods a total of 90 patients were selected from the Department of Cardiology in November -2012 to our hospital in October 2012. First through the pulse measurement by the pulse number, and blood pressure measurement, two kinds of blood pressure meter. At the same time on the same arm, two test personnel, respectively, using a kind of equipment on the patient's blood pressure test, within 30 minutes using this method on the patient's blood pressure of two instruments were three times measurements. So each patient records a pulse value and three blood pressure values and compares it with each other. Results 100% of the errors between the test results and auscultation obtained data within + 5 mmHg, degree of consistency between the test is relatively high, in line with the evaluation criteria. RBP-6100 electronic sphygmomanometer and mercury column data systolic blood pressure mean difference in -0.2mmHg -0.027kPa, standard deviation is in 2.0mmhg 0.266kPa, diastolic pressure data of mean difference -0.5mmHg -0.067kPa, standard deviation is 2.3 mmHg 0.306kPa. Contraction of the RBP-6100 electronic sphygmomanometer and mercury column pressure and diastolic blood pressure scattered point diagram is distributed evenly, the second were within + 5 mmHg. RBP-6100 electronic sphygmomanometer and mercury column measured pulse error within 5%. There are no adverse clinical events in the whole clinical detection, which has high security. Conclusion RBP-6100 electronic blood pressure gauges, can realize the automatic compression and exhaust process, simple operation, is convenient for medical care personnel make the rounds of the wards and outpatient service use, the measured value is not affected by the operator and the surrounding environment, with high accuracy and stability, suitable for clinical use.
